It was another flex-citing Halloween party for Arnold fans! For our 12th online costume party here at TheArnoldFans, you partied online with us while submitting your great costumes! ArnoCorps was blaring in our ears, stogies hit our lips and our eyes (some with red contact lenses) were treated to some fantastic character outfits. 

Below you can see this year's party-goers, all who share a love for the greatest action hero of all time. Congratulations to our 2 runner up-winers (Chris H fas an Escape Plan guard and Steve a.k.a. There has been a lot of show business chatter on casting prospective for "Terminator 5" and here is what The Arnold Fans can tell you, so far:

Obviously, Arnold has confirmed personally to The Arnold Fans via a San Diego Comic Con 2013 red carpet interview that he will be involved, which is amazing since he confirmed to us he would play the Terminator role. But to understand the casting rumors means the fans have to understand the plot direction this movie could go.

According to ScreenRant.com andSchmoesKnows.com, it is proposed that John Connor will travel through time to link up with a younger version of his mother, Sarah Connor, and that there would apparently be two different Terminator models: Arnold's classic version, and an "upgraded" model portrayed by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.  

A tentative casting for a younger Sarah is rumored to be Emilia Clarke from "Game of Thrones", which makes sense as she visually mirrors the baby-face look of Linda  Hamilton in the first "Terminator" flick before she experiences the trauma that made her a soldier-type badass. Other Sarah hopefuls include Brie Larson of "21 Jump Street" and Margot Robbie from "The Wolf of Wall Street".

As for the pivotal role of John, rumors include Boyd Holbrook of "Hatfields & McCoys" and Garrett Hedlund from "TRON: Legacy". While it is not clear who will be cast, or if Linda Hamilton and Edward Furlong will have any involvement, the film is expected to hit theaters by July 1st, 2015. Does the potential concept of the film and casting prospectives peak your interest, fans?

While the domestic take for Escape Plan might only reach 25 million, due to horrible promotion, the Sly/Schwarzenegger film is a much bigger success overseas! BoxOfficeMojo.com reports that the current worldwide take hit nearly 87 million (well over the film’s budget). China alone just added over 20 million for a very successful “Schwarzie” opening!

China will be the biggest market by far for Escape Plan, followed by the United States and then perhaps Russia. But it’s not over yet; Escape Plan will be opening in other parts of the world like Germany, Spain, etc.) every weekend throughout the beginning of 2014.

Unfortunately for Australia, we're hearing reports that it might go straight-to-DVD no thanks to theAustralian distributor Hopscotch Films.

Escape Plan is on track to be the next $100 million motion picture for Arnold and Sly and should go beyond that box office by the end of this weekend.

The Expendables movies were hits in Australia as was Schwarzenegger's The Last Stand. It made $3 million here with next to no advertising or promotion.  There is no reason Escape Plan would not make $5-6 million there with even a couple of weeks of promotion.

We're wrapping up our Escape Plan Premiere coverage with two more interviews from the red carpet in New York. First up is the lovely and talented Amy Ryan! She has appeared in movies such as Gone Baby Gone and War of the Worlds, as well as TV shows like The Wire and The Office (as Michael's quirky love interest Holly). Let's hear what she had to say.

Gillinator: You look fantastic as Arnold would say!

Amy: Thanks!

Gillinator: I'm curious about your character since we haven't seen much in the previews, and you're one of the few females in this testosterone fueled movie. What is your character and how did you prepare for it?

Amy: I play Abigail- she's kind of Sylvester Stallone's right hand lady. So when he goes undercover in the prisons, myself and 50 Cent are there to make sure he is safe the whole time, and that we have an Escape Plan for him should he need to get out, and he can't get out on his own.

Gillinator: And then things go wrong! Did you enjoy working with Sly and Arnold?

Amy: I didn't work with Arnold, he was in different parts of the film... but I did enjoy working with Sylvester and 50 Cent... I asked to call him Curtis, I didn't know if I could call him 50 Cent or Curtis, but both are acceptable. But yes, it was great fun filming, and we felt like kids, playing Cops and Robbers.

Gillinator: What would your favorite Arnold movie and favorite Sly movie be?

Amy: Rocky. Kindergarten Cop.

Gillinator: Ah, very nice! "It's naddah toomah!"

Amy: That's good!

Gillinator: Thank you, I get a lot of practice!

Finally, we also interviewed one of the producers of the film, Mark Canton. First, like many others, he complemented me on my Last Action Hero jacket, remarking that he didn't even have one even though he probably sold them all when he left Sony (he was chairman of Sony's Columbia Pictures in the 90's, which released LAH).

Gillinator: I'm Ryan with TheArnoldFans.com.

Mark: I love TheArnoldFans!

Gillinator: We are very excited for this movie-- the teaming up of our favorite person, Arnold with his arch rival/friend Sly for the first time ever. What did it take to make this happen?

Mark: I think first of all it took a really good screenplay as it should, and then it took a director who they were both attracted toward his work. Then I think writing, and of course producing, and the fact that I had a life long relationship with both of them, and had worked with them, but never together. We wanted to find something that would be their Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, something you could only get by seeing this movie, because it's taken them a long time to get together. 

Gillinator: Arnold is now also filming a zombie movie, Maggie. You have some experience with zombie movies as well, what do you think of this zombie revival?

Mark: I don't think they ever actually went away. I thik our government has made zombies more possible because of the way they behave is why everybody wants to be a zombie and get rid of everyone in Washington. So they're sort of making it easy for us to believe in zombies. That's a good script, Maggie, I know the script.

Gillinator: Any favorite moments from the movie for you?

Mark: Yeah, the moments together, when the two of them are together there are a lot of moments, especially when they have their fight with each other-- never happened before.

Gillinator: That's exciting!

Mark: Yeah, very cool. I won't say who's tougher!

Congratulations are in order to Arnold and Sly as Escape Plan has officially passed the 100 million mark. Over the weekend, the film was pumped to over 103 million at the box office and has already doubled the worldwide earnings for The Last Stand. Escape Plan, declared as a fan hit, has also passed the worldwide earnings of Collateral Damage and The 6th Day! Considering Escape Plan is doing well, where do we stand with a possible release in Australia? We last reported that the film might not go to the Oz cinemas but now we learn there is no fate but what the fans make!

Dan Delts, our Australian reporter writes:  "Word from Hopscotch Distribution Australia is that "Management have seen the facebook flood, seen the article on all the major movie websites AND understand that fans want this in theaters...While management are "contemplating" a limited theatre release, while they wait on overseas word on the earliest they can "release Escape Plan to itunes and DTV"...they have advised.... Call your movie houses and head offices of movie houses to let them know of the demand!

If Aussies want Escape Plan in theatres the cinema chains, Hoyts, Village etc need to know about it...So give them a call and say, you want it, that your family want it AND your friends WANT TO SEE Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone on the big screen in Escape Plan! I wasn’t expecting much when I stepped inside of The Dragonfly Club, ready to witness a Terminator parody play located on a street far from the Hollywood hot spots.  In the past, I’ve only seen stills from this mysterious play showing actors in front of a low budget stage backdrop or I saw a few genius “Have You seen this Boy” flyers showing John Connor. Other than that small bit of advertising, why would the average Arnold or Terminator fan know of this event?  So, as I said, I wasn’t expecting much when I entered the venue for Terminator Too: Judgment Play.


To my surprise, there was a packed house and all were already geared up in their yellow rain ponchos. It turns out this play is a huge hit and packs a house every weekend. Who knew? Actually, once the play begins, it’s obvious that you’re in for a good time. Endoskeletons began soaking the crowd with their Plasma Water Riffles during the opening future war sequence.


Considering the clever ridiculousness of the production, I don’t think a big budget would work. Seeing the T-1000 perform in child preschool vehicles was quite hilarious as was his “arrival” special effect techniques (something you MUST witness).


Sarah Connor’s Pescadero escape is very entertaining after she gets a good face licking by the Dr. Silberman’s staff. But best of all is the comedic acting of John Connor, played by a female actress.  I didn’t catch her name but the fate that she is making for herself is of an upcoming celebrity superstar. Her exaggerated John expressions and mannerisms are well studied and wonderfully perfected. 10 out of 10 stogies for the John Connor actress.

Arnold himself signed 250 of these lithographs and it comes with the Warner Bros certificate of authenticity!!  This is not a reproduction; this is Arnold’s actual signature and is a signed and numbered limited edition! The frame is the original Warner Brothers gallery frame and as a special feature, you can push a button which lights up a Schwarzenegger film cell built in. Only 250 of these Arnold ERASER items were produced and sold for over 800.00 but I’m starting my bidding off at only 50.00! The size of the frame is about 25" x 22" and this is number 144 of 250.

This 1991 officially licensed Terminator 2 Judgment Day SILVER coin shows Arnold Schwarzenegger as half endoskeleton and half Austrian Oak T-800 cyborg. The front shows Arnold and the back shows the T2 logo and film title. This is a limited edition and numbered at #466 and is factory sealed. The value of the silver alone in this coin is worth about 40.00!

This super rare 1992 Terminator 2 Endoskeleton joystick by Cheetah has never been opened. If you’re the ultimate Arnold Schwarzenegger / James Cameron / Terminator fan, then you’ll love this rare and scary collectible! The joystick was made for SEGA. This is an officially licensed product.

Sylvester Stallone Package: Rambo Silver Coin & Escape Plan Cup!

The Rambo coin features Sylvester Stallone as John Rambo on the front with the writing “Rambo Trade Units. Pure American Silver.” The back says “one troy ounce. .999 fine silver. 100 RTU’s.” From the 1980s (I think it says 1988).  As a bonus, you’ll get an Escape Plan plastic cup. Here’s a Terminator 2 Judgment Day Endoskeleton model kit by the Japanese model company Aoshima. Yhe box has some minor shelfware but the contents are mint and unopened! This is a fully complete 1/9th scale model of the t-800 endo. The contents are all still sealed in bags and the instruction manual is included. Perfect for Arnold Schwarzenegger / Terminator fans this holiday season!

Well, I prefer to keep just my autographs that are personalized to me. Aubree Marchione: 2B Entertainment's 20 minute documentary, Perspective:The Nick Scott Story, takes viewers on a journey through the life of professional wheelchair bodybuilder, Nick Scott. After a horrific car accident, Nick became overweight and discouraged, but somehow found the determination, mindset, and personal strength to transform his life from a debilitating tragedy into a personal triumph. TheArnoldFans: What was it like for you to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger and to step onto a movie set?

Robert Nuzzie: This wasn't the first time that our team had the chance to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it was the first time we had an opportunity to see him act in person. He is very good at what he does and although his character was very serious and required a lot of emotion on set, he was able to still crack jokes and make people laugh between takes. He and his friends were very welcoming to us.

TheArnoldFans: What scene did you get to see filmed? I was watching the interrogation scene. Were you there for this scene or another one? Can you describe the dialogue or action that you saw on the set?

Aubree: The scene we saw was a discussion between Jim Caviezel and Arnold, while Arnold was in solitary confinement. The set was built to look like a prison, and it was a very intimate, close up scene on Arnold. The emotion he exudes in this particular scene is very intense and serious. You really felt the agony of his character while watching him perform. I hope it comes off the same way on camera because it was perfect!

TheArnoldFans: How long was your set visit tour? Did you get to have any conversations with Arnold and Sly and if so, what kinds of things to you talk about?

Robert Nuzzie: Our visit lasted one day. Sly was not at the shoot that particular day. During our lunch break, we had the chance to speak with Arnold and his friends from Austria, as well as his stunt choreographer. Our producer, Aubree Marchione, is a dance choreographer as well, and she really hit it off with the stunt choreographer because of the similar nature of the dance and stunt choreography business. Arnold and his friends were very laid back and friendly. We spoke about the Arnold Sports Festival and how it is rapidly growing each year, cigars, and of course, our film, Perspective. Arnold was very impressed with Nick Scott and his drive to succeed.

TheArnoldFans: Were you given any special prizes as the contest winner? Such as a cigar, autograph or other keepsake from this big day?

Aubree: In addition to a trip to Arnold's movie set and a crystal "Arny" trophy, 2B Entertainment received a laptop and movie editing software. Arnold also signed an autographed copy of our movie for Nick Scott and also for one of the child actors in our film. It was an experience of a lifetime for our team!

Arnold Schwarzenegger may play the ultimate Terminator onscreen, but few are more heroic and unstoppable as Staff Sergeant Robert Henline, the T-82 (82nd Airborne). This real American action hero, served four tours in the Army before his Humvee was bombed on his personal Judgment Day in 2007, leaving him with burns on 38% of his body. However, this Terminator would BE BACK after years of physical therapy, far too many painful reconstructive surgeries and repeat skin-graph operations.

This is Robert Henline now, a war hero turned motivational speaker and comedian, with the ability to use humor to heal.

SSG Henline is unstoppable! Another similarity he shares with a Terminator is that he has cyborg parts. That’s right; he now has an enhanced, removable arm!

Henline: “It’s made out of some kind of plastic resin. It has sensors in it that read my muscle movements in my forearm to operate the hand. By moving my wrist up, it opens the hand, and down it closes the hand.”

This particular silicone best mimics the human skin. The outer silicone cover custom aesthetics were developed with touchbionics. The I-limb pulse hand (with multiple hand grasps) patters with computer adjustable bluetooth programmable software. Henline uses two electrodes for hand opening and closing as well as the function of the other grasp patterns.

In 2007, when his Humvee was bombed, Bobby was sitting shotgun. He was the only survivor. After he awoke from a coma, Bobby, having a vision and a surge of faith, questioned his purpose in life.

Henline: “There’s a scar on the front of my neck that actually looks like an angel. I was born in the Bay Area there, and I was raised Catholic. Then I went Atheist, but after I got hurt, in my coma, I remember being on a giant iceberg and it wasn’t cold. It was nighttime. There were stars out and there were voices telling me I was going to be okay and that my family was waiting for me. That was the point when I realized that God was there judging me. That’s when I decided that I could do something for Him, and that’s why I’m here and know how I can serve: through speaking and comedy.”

Last year Bobby won Arnold Schwarzenegger’s “Holiday Heroes” contest and as his prize, he and his son got to meet The Oak at the Texas premiere of The Last Stand!

Henline: “I’ve always admired Arnold and would work out heavily in the Army (thanks to him). I have been showing Arnold’s videos to my son, and now my son has been working out. He’s fourteen (now 15) and he’s seen different Schwarzenegger workouts on YouTube.”

And what of his favorite Schwarzenegger films?

Henline: “I have to go with Kindergarten Cop. I like to see him out of his physical roles too. I mean, Conan is a classic, but I do like to also see him out of the roles as the big, buffed superhero.”

I love the fact that Bobby had made such an inspirational impression on Arnold at the Last Stand premiere that Schwarzenegger continues to mention him. Recently Arnold gave a shout out to Henline on Reddit.com and honored the comedic warrior on Veterans Day.

Henline has spread awareness of burn victims to large audiences throughout his tours and as a guest on several talk shows. He was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and he has even met Michelle Obama! Now on his comedy circuit, he is continuing to meet more celebrities and comedians (and Jeff Ross too).

Able to laugh at himself, the soldier-turned-comedian even compares himself to Freddy Kruger in his act. Henline tells me he’s considering getting into the movie business.

Henline: “Yes, definitely. I thought about doing different types of movies but also creating awareness for burn survivors. I was thinking about doing one about a fireman who gets burnt. I want to write a romantic comedy.”

Comedy Warriors, a Showtime original documentary about wounded soldiers turned comedians is currently airing on the cable network and Bobby is one of the main players.

Henline: “I performed in Vegas with Jimmy Walker. Brad Garret from The Comedy Club showed up. He’s huge – I gave him a hug, and I came up to his armpit. I was just talking to Bob Saget the other day. He critiqued me. I’m making a documentary about wounded warriors, called Comedy Warriors. There’s myself and four others. The four others never did any comedy before this. We were searching for wounded warriors who wanted to become comedians, who would want to meet with writers and comedians and coach us, so this documentary is following all of that. We were shooting in L.A. last week at The Improv, and Bob Saget came out with Jeffery Ross. Oh, and Zach Galifianakis – he wasn’t able to make it, but he wants to reschedule and get with us. Also Lewis Black wants to help out. So we’ve got some big names to help. We all did our set in front of Bob last week at The Improv, and I didn’t know how quick and witty he is. I pulled out my raunchy stuff for him. He had a great line for us, SAVING FACE.”

Henline, tattooed with ballsy paratrooper airborne wings, is the greatest war hero / Terminator I know. Make Arnold proud and be heroic by supporting Bobby, the troops and www.ComedyWarriors.com. The Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival is already a star studded event, if the namesake of the festival is not a hint enough. Around 200,000 people are expected to flock to Columbus Ohio this year with 18,000 athletes competing at the event taking place February 27th through March 2nd. The induction ceremonies will be held annually every March at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival, which is the world's largest annual sports weekend, hosting 175,000 attendees and over 18,000 competing athletes.

Our favorite actor and fitness enthusiast was once quoted as saying "When you grow up, you have to drink beer" because "Milk is for babies". It turned out to be fruitful advice, as Arnold Schwarzenegger will be a celebrity Super Bowl spokesperson for Bud Light beer this year. The endorsement, which is said to be worth over $3 Million to get Arnold involved, will be a funny ad in a vast array of celebrity ads during one of the biggest televised events of the year. This deal speaks of Arnold's high value as a public figure.

"Our six Super Bowl ad teasers give viewers a peek behind the curtain, but fans will have to tune-in during the game to see how these seemingly unrelated events form one cohesive story," says Bud Light Vice President Rob McCarthy.
