Terry Crews: Well, you know, I will be there.
Terry Crews: I was murdered in one of the TERMINATOR movies, haha! In the Christian Bale / McG version of TERMINATOR. I actually had a role in that movie. But it got cut out, and I was a dead body. So I actually am a part OF the Franchise! It was the fourth TERMINATOR! If you go to the beginning - I"m a dead body lying on a pile of dirt! And you can see my face - it's Terry Crews, dead! Hahaha! That's what you call an EPIC FAIL!
TheArnoldFans: Terry, EX3 made over 200 million worldwide. That's pretty good but could have done better if it wasn't leaked. What would Terry Crews do to the culprit who leaked the movie if you and the pirate got in a ring?
TheArnoldFans: Can you name 3 actors you'd like to see play the villain in Expendables 4?Terry Crews: WOW. Um... the first thing I would do... is...I would take those guys, whoever leaked the Expendables 3, I would make them sit down in front of their mom, okay? And basically let their mom give them a stern-talking-to about stealing, and what it makes you. The thing is, what these people don't know, is that everyone, all the stars, are gonna be fine - don't cry for me, Terry Crews is gonna be great. Really! But what are you saying about yourself if you have a lifestyle of thievery? Slowly but surely, a little bit of your soul gets chipped away, and you wonder why you never get anywhere in life. I mean, Karma is a bitch, just to be frank. You really have to look at the little small decision that make a big, big part of your life. EVERYTHING counts. If you hand out a $1 to a person on the street who needs one, or if you steal $1 from a tip jar - they might not notice it, but what does that make you? I'd make them stand in front of their mother, or father, and let their parents deal with 'em!
Terry Crews: Justin Bieber is a villain. He's gotta be. I want him to be a bad, bad, bad boy. I've been trying to get Justin in one of these for the longest time. My NEXT deal would be Jackie Chan - he's gotta be BAD though. He's always been the nice guy, he's always been sweet, but he's gotta be VICIOUS, relentless- YES! And the next villain I wanna see in the Expendables franchise is my man Dwayne Johnson. You know what? I wanna see a Battle Royale, Caesar versus Dwayne, in a blow-to-blow fiesta of carnage!
Dillon, you son of a bitch! One of the most iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger movie scenes gets the special treatment x2 in these all new posters for sale! No one can deny the pure awesomeness of Schwarzenegger and Carl Weathers in Predator giving an explosive, tight clasp-greeting while showing off their bulging biceps. Well, what if Arnold greeted famous characters from his OTHER films? Or what if Arnold used the Last Action Hero magic ticket to enter movies to greet our other favorite film characters?
SCHWARZENEGGER DELETED SCENES shows the characters from Arnold's films and SCHWARZENEGGER USING THE MAGIC TICKET shows other characters from many of our favorite non-Arnold films.
THE ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER KILL COUNT poster is also still for sale but there's ONLY 10 left so act fast if you'd like one. This kill count poster shows every Arnold character along with their total on-screen kill count! I personally went through every Arnold movie with my clicker to count all of Arnold's kills including humans, Terminators, creatures (like snakes, crocodiles, vultures) and aliens (screw you, Benny)! Each character in the poster has their individual kill number next to them. The bottom reveals the grand total of "560 and counting"! Well done, Arnold!
“I’m also happy that I’m in the category of having killed the most people on screen of any other actor in the history of movie making," says Arnold Schwarzenegger in November of 2014.
Each poster is 18.00 and is sized at 11 x 17. These are professionally printed on a heavy stock paper and will be mailed in a poster tube (each tube holds up to 3 posters). If interested, email me to let me know which poster(s) you'd like. Paypal only and I ship worldwide! The posters will be signed (small signature at the bottom) by me, the artist and president of Arnold's #1 fanclub!
"Get ready for a surprise!" You've seen Arnold blow up countless bad guys on screen with Harrier jets, guns, dynamite, bombs, and exploding heads on Mars but what if you had the magic ticket to step into an action hero world and really blow some sh*t up WITH Arnold Schwarzenegger!? Well, OMAZE.com is giving you that opportunity! To help raise money and awareness for Schwarzenegger's After-School All-Stars, a raffle will allow one lucky fan the ultimate experience. Not only will you get to blow stuff up by weapons of Arnold's choice, you'll also get to spend the day with the Terminator star, ask him questions, smoke stogies together, and possibly even hit the gym for a quick pump.
Here's one of the coolest things: Fans will get to decide what Arnold will blow up! He's listening, so what do you think he should make go BOOM? Well, we're fans so here's what TheArnoldFans would like to suggest to have the Omaze winner and Schwarzenegger blow up: a T-1000 ice sculpture (so you can say "Hasta la vista, baby" right before it explodes), a few miniature flying target helicopters (so you can get to blowing up da choppas), a gallon of milk (because milk is for babies), a copy of Red Sonja (for obvious reasons) and a big hour glass because we HATE the WAIT for Terminator Genisys. Show that hourglass there is no fate but the explosions you make!
The winner of this Omaze contest will be given flight and hotel accomodations, just like last year's TANK RIDE winner, Alex Mihelick.
"As we climbed in the tank, the director was yelling instruction on where to drive and what to crush," Alex tells TheArnoldFans. "Mid-instruction, Arnold responded “Exactly,” and we were on our way. With Arnold at the wheel, I found myself on top of a tank, heading directly toward a car. It was right then that I realized this is by far the craziest, coolest shit I had ever done. As we drove closer and closer to the car, I started thinking that it might be a good idea to hold on. We hit that car dead on and crushed it. We went on to crush 7-10 more things, all of which you’ll have to watch the video to see."
The video, coming SOON, is an action movie trailer, complete with a plot, villain and one-liners. Schwarzenegger will tell us when Alex's trailer will premiere so stick around! Also be sure to come back to read our FULL interview with the tank winner, Alex Mihelick!
Also similar to last year's Omaze Arnold raffle, there will be other rewards like gym towels, shirts, Schwarzenegger personal messages, and autographs. The coolest rewards include a video Arnold critique of your workout form, a signed copy of the Terminator Genisys script, and a meet & greet with Arnold at the Genisys premiere! Best of all, every entry supports the After-School All-Stars! So what are you waiting for? Goooo, get to Omaze.com/Arnold Now!
It's been a busy week for Arnold! After the great fan reaction from the new Super Bowl Terminator Genisys ad, Arnold stayed in the spotlight by making a suprise appearance on The Tonight Show in full T-800 gear, just to say "We'll be back" before a commercial break, and then glare down Fallon as he approached. As Arnold tweeted, "Terminators don't shake hands @jimmyfallon." Watch his brief but ballsy bit and how the crowd went insane below!
Then on Monday, we got an hour-long interview with Arnold on The Tim Ferriss Show. Tim is a best-selling author of books like "The 4 Hour Work Week," "The 4 Hour Body," a great businessman, fitness enthusiast, and of course, big fan of Arnold. The whole hour is a great listen, with Arnold getting into topics like his technique on messing with opponents' minds as seen in "Pumping Iron," practicing meditation, and how "Twins" came to be his most lucrative film ever. Not any new movie talk, save for a passing mention of Maggie, but it definitely gives a glimpse into Arnold's philosophy and how he achieves so many great things. Go check it out on Tim's blog HERE, or listen to the podcast in iTunes.
Of course, you don't want to fall behind on the best Arnold podcast in the world, do you? Then listen to the most recent episodes of Arnold Radio News-- 19: Quotation Confrontation Situation and 20: Terminator Tossing! Lots of fun talk with Gillinator and Krum, including an epic battle of Arnold quotes-- who was the winner? Stream them here, or even better, subscribe and rate ARN in iTunes!
How do you Blaze? Build your own pizzas and pump up with some protein at Patrick Schwarzenegger's all new Blaze Pizza located at 3335 South Figueroa Street at USC. TheArnoldFans wanted to try some Blaze Pizza so I caught up with Patrick on the grand opening a few days ago. I arrived around 1pm but I was told Patrick would be back later after his class at the nearby USC. Having just missed Christopher, who showed up a little earlier to support his brother and get a pizza, I grabbed a menu.
After sending out a couple of texts, Patrick showed up again to check on his bustling business. Wearing a white T-shirt and sporting his full and heavy school backpack (looked like it weighed a ton), I asked him for a few statements. I started off asking about his favorite pizza or wondered if we'd ever get a Patrick special.
"I want to make a Patrick Pizza." Patrick tells TheArnoldFans. "Like a Protein Patrick Pizza topped with a bunch of meats. Basically, I'd just customize one. Just put some meats on there and stack it up."
Patrick's first Blaze Pizza was visited by his dad on opening day. The young, business-savvy Schwarzenegger answers our question as to how many Blaze pizzas he manages.
"Me personally, two, but there's well over thirty now that have come out," Patrick informs TheArnoldFans. "I have one on Farmer's Market and this one down here. But I've invested in the overall corporation so I'm happy to be part of the overall company."
Naturally, spending some time with Patrick, I needed to hear about his all new zombie film. Like father like son, both have zombie films coming out in the same year" Arnold with "Maggie" and Patrick with "Scouts Vs Zombies". Pizza Patrick tells us about his recent filming of his zombie picture.
"Good, yeah, actually, I'm doing a little more work on it right now," says Patrick. "I haven't seen it yet but it comes out at Halloween and hopefully it's good."
We asked the actor, sexy girlfriend-dating, USC student and pizza establishment entrepreneur for some additional details on his character in Scouts Vs Zombies. Like will Patrick play the bad guy?
"Yeah, well, there's this scout and his sister has a boyfriend, who I play," Patrick begins. "I turn into a zombie at the end and I kind of set these kids up for a disaster. And they end up... well, I'll leave it at that. But there's some gory stuff, it's funny, it's good and hopefully it goes well."
Gooooo, run, get to Blaze Pizza and customize yourself a meal in the round! Or use pizzas as zombie weapons to escape! But Blaze Pizza is delicious so you might rather get bitten by the zombies than give up your pizza.
Who's ready for the onslaught of Terminator Genisys merchandise? We certainly are and Skydance Productions aims to please all types of collectors. There's toys, collectibles, board games, books, clothing, video games and more so buckle in and get ready for the big merchandise ride!
Now for some game news: Glu Mobile announced that it is working with Skydance Productions to create a free-to-play mobile Terminator game timed to coincide with the release of Terminator Genesis. The game is scheduled for release in the summer of 2015 and will be available across all major mobile platforms.
“Terminator is one of the most iconic action brands in entertainment and we are pleased to be the first to bring the franchise to mobile as a free-to-play game,” said Niccolo de Masi, Glu CEO. “We look forward to offering our high-energy, action packed gameplay to the millions of Terminator fans worldwide.”
"There aren't many mobile or free-to-play games that offer compelling action or true excitement, but Glu's titles have proven that it's possible to deliver both,” said David Ellison, Skydance CEO. “We're excited to be working with them to design a game that will let gamers experience head-to-head combat in the Terminator universe."
Although Terminator Genisys initially suffered from a rather strange Entertainment Weekly write-up, allowing negative fan reaction to snowball, we're happy to see the love come back to this promising Schwarzenegger project. TheArnoldFans staff and many hardcore Terminator fans are loving the film trailer but others are left with a sour taste or mixed reaction due to a timeline tampering or the fact that the T-800 was allowed to age. Little do those highly optimistic fans know that it was James Cameron's own idea for Arnold's tissue to age around the endoskeleton. Many so-called "true fans" feel T5 is shitting on Cameron but the truth is, the original director not only gave his blessing but it was his idea
Slowly tides are turning and excitement is building for Genisys. Getting us even more pumped up for this 3D release, TheArnoldFans obtained 2 non-spoiler film reviews! These WILL BE spoilers ONLY IF you haven't read the Entertainment Weekly issue or haven't seen the film trailer. Otherwise we blocked out some things to make it safe for you on July 1st!
TheArnoldFans will NOT be putting up any spoilers on this site or our social media pages. We strongly recommend you go into the theater spoiler-free for the ultimate movie experience.
1st up, we have Greg from schwarzenegger.freeforums.net:
"I think the best way to describe Terminator Genisys is three action packed movies in one. First of all, we finally get to see the Future Wars. Where John Connor, Kyle Reese and resistance take on Skynet. This is something that Terminator fans have wanted to see since James Cameron gave them a preview of it in the first film. So I don't think fans will be disappointed with this portion of the movie at all!
In the script the future war is 18 pages. So I would say around 20 minutes give or take. So it's probably 10-15 minutes of action and then the set up with Reese going back to 1984. The movie should be slightly over 2 hours(script is 130 pages). So the breakdown will probably be about 20 minutes Future Wars, 40 minutes 1984 and 1 hour for (*date removed for spoiler) portion of the movie.
Once Kyle Reese arrives in 1984, he quickly finds out that the past he was expecting, is no longer there. Since Jai Courtney "Reese" was expecting things to be exactly like Michael Biehn "Reese" from the original movie. With him having to save a young, weak Sarah Connor from an evil T-800 Terminator.
To his surprise he finds a near unstoppable T-1000 chasing him. With Sarah Connor and a "older T-800" having to rescue him. We soon find out that something happened when Sarah was a child. A good Arnold T-800 rescued her and raised for the past 10 years. Which caused the Terminator universe as we know it to be "reset". This portion of the movie gives long time Terminator fans a great nostalgia feeling - with it taking place in the same 1984 location as the original film. Not to mention it has the same action-packed chase scenes, shoot outs and Terminator vs Terminator fights to be expect from a Terminator film.
Now you would think seeing a big action-packed future war battle along with an older Arnold vs young Arnold T-800 showdown and having a T-1000 trying to terminate them in 1984 would be more then enough action and excitement for moviegoers but the action and thrills are just getting started! Next we see Sarah/Kyle (*deleted to be spoiler free). The dual is then greeted by a even older T-800 Arnold with grey hair. Of course you know Skynet isn't going to go out without a fight. This is when a new and very powerful threat appears. As action packed and exciting as the first two portions of the movie are, the third portion of the movie has even more non-stop big explosive action with tons of destruction and surprises.
For me personally, since I loved the first two Terminator movies so much, I'm not sure it will beat the classics but we shall see. If you go into this movie with a open mind and willing to accept some changes, this should be an action-packed thrill ride that rivals any recent summer blockbuster. Because this script gave Alan Taylor and the cast with a lot of really good material to work with here. With a script like this, it's not surprising that Skydance signed Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier to a two-year first look deal with the company.
I get the vibe that fans have been disappointed with Arnold's involvement in action sequences since his comeback. Well, that changes with Terminator Genisys. Arnold is front and center of all the big action during the 1984 and (*deleted) portion of the movie."
Next we have a review from Jay:
"I've never read a script before but with all the negativity surrounding Genisys, I couldn't resist when offered the chance. After reading a very scathing screenplay review and mostly bad feedback about the trailer, I thought it can't be that bad surely!? Time to see for myself!
I'm pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised because not only should the film deliver but it feels huge, delivering in action, sfx and story.
Long time Terminator fans should be pleased to see some classic scenes recreated with a Back To The Future twist, meaning things don't pan out like the original movie; this is good for the nostalgia feel.
People new to the franchise and fans alike should also be happy as I think this actually feels like a Terminator movie, unlike Rise of the Machines and Salvation. The atmosphere feels gritty and exciting, especially in the future war scenes. I can't give spoilers but sfx is going to pushed to the limit for war scenes at the start, I really hope they can do it justice onscreen.
This also plays out like no other Terminator film yet in the fact it's not set in one time period from start to finish with a single villain to deal with! No the threat is greater here with two well known model terminators and a couple of other types spread throughout the movie - which has 3 major time zones. Safe to say the movie will look unique all the way through, keeping it fresh and exciting.
I cannot express enough how the atmosphere I felt in the script wasn't present in the 2 minutes of footage that we've been shown! I think they have tackled it wrongly by aiming mostly at the new crowd with the trailer and Super Bowl spot, making it look as if it's a big bright Marvel type movie but it definitely didn't read like that. I'd say maybe 1 or 2 moments of action might be a bit over-the-top for the hardcore fans wanting a Terminator movie to be made like it's the 80's but we've already seen them in the bus flip and Terminator dive bomb from the chopper.
Some of the dialogue wasn't the best but there may have been a revised script. The "pops" talk and T-800 watching sesame street stuff has been over exaggerated. It all makes sense when reading it and no doubt if anyone heard about Arnold being called Uncle Bob, swearing not to kill anyone and learning to say "No Problemo" back in the day when T2 was looming, fans would have been crying about that too.
It felt epic as I was reading. I could see every scene playing out in my head and I feel anyone who liked the first two installments will find enjoyment in Genisys."
So far so good! As if just seeing Arnold vs Arnold isn't enough reason to pay full price admission. Click HERE if you missed our exclusive interview with the T-800 actor! See you all at the movies on July 1st!
We've got some great news for fans making the trip to Columbus for the Arnold Sports Festival/Arnold Classic weekend, which is only in 2 weeks! You can have the chance to "Experience Arnold" during an evening of Austrian food, cigars, and best of all, rubbing elbows with Arnold himself! This exclusive event is a fundraiser for the After-School All-Stars of Ohio, and promises to be an incredible night. It will take place from 5pm-9pm Friday March 6 at Dock 580, not far from the convention center where most of the festival's events take place. Arnold will be there, not roped off but mingling with the attendees, and each ticket-holder will get their own photo with Arnold! In addition, Arnold's good friend and True Lies costar Tom Arnold will be there, as well as MusclePharm Co-Founder Cory Gregory, and 6-time World Champion and UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture. **UPDATE** We have learned that unfortunately Tom Arnold will NOT be able to make it, but Evander Holyfield, Triple H, and others will be in attendance.
This event will be unforgettable, similar to the events he has done in Leeds and London recently, and it benefits one of Arnold's favorite causes. Tracy Ensign, one of the event's coordinators told us, "The event promises to be a very fun, relaxed, intimate evening with food, spirits, cigars and entertainment. We are having authentic Austrian dishes and desserts and an Austrian bier garten!"
The only catch- tickets are $1000 each, $750 if purchased in pairs. So while it may be a bit steep for many fans, this is how they can keep it a more exclusive and memorable evening for those who come, as they want to keep the total number of people under 125. Heck, there are many celebs that charge hundreds to thousands to just get a 5 second photo-op at conventions, and that just goes straight to their bank accounts. At Experience Arnold, you get a full 4 hours in close proximity to Arnold and the others, as well as amazing food, stogies, drinks, and whatever else they've got cooked up, and 100% goes to After-School All-Stars! What a deal! If you're interested, get your tickets soon, right HERE! If you can't afford to go, you can still stop by the After-School All-Stars booth at the expo, where they will be selling great Arnold memoribilia as always.
In celebration of our Facebook page hitting 200,000 likes, Arnold Schwarzenegger wanted to help us celebrate by awarding one of his lucky fans an autographed poster. Even better, this poster will be signed to your name and will come from Arnold's office to your door! Arnold loves his fans and appreciates our hard work and support so he's happy to award a fan from his favorite fansite: TheArnoldFans.com. All you have to do is go to our Facebook page and share and like this image below and write a message telling us WHY Arnold is Numero Uno. Our staff will chose our favorite answer on March 5th, 2015. “Maggie has all the ingredients that spell commercial excitement, from a compelling script and an A-list superstar surrounded by a world-class cast,” said Steve Beeks of Lionsgate. “We’re delighted to continue our relationship with Arnold Schwarzenegger, who turns in a performance that marks a dramatic departure from his action persona, and partner with our friends at Lotus Entertainment on a film that will resonate with thriller aficionados everywhere.”
"I think everyone will have to wait and see," John Scott 3 begins. "That said, there are a handful of great moments in the film that I think fans will love. At its core, it's a father-daughter story and I'm excited to see Arnold in the role."

On Arnold Schwarzenegger's February 22nd trip to Budapest, he not only gave a lecture entitled "Day of Success," he also gave TheArnoldFans a nice Terminator exclusive! At the city's Sports Arena, Schwarzenegger talked about his journey from rural Austria to Mr. Universe, king of Hollywood and finally, governor of California. The Governator concluded with his upgraded "6 Rules of Success" motivational speech. Speakers from different walks of life shared their outstanding successes in the fields of sport and business. When the evening concluded, Didi, Eastern European corespondent of TheArnoldFans, had the opportunity to speak with his idol and obtain a nice Terminator update. No, it's not about Terminator Genisys (T5), we're talking now about T6!
"Yes, of course, next year", Arnold responded to our question on if he'd also be filming Terminator 6! It's already been reported that two more films are planned to follow Genisys but no one really knew if Arnold would play a role in the future sequels. Now we know Arnold will BE BACK!It's uncertain if Arnold's cyborg T-800(s) get terminated at the end of Genisys but even IF it does, they'll always find a good reason or excuse to bring in an all new model. Remember, several were made on the assembly line. Another possibility is fans have always wanted to see Schwarzenegger come back as a human resistance soldier; a badass soldier who's captured and his DNA harvested for growing a youthful replica, who is then scanned and used to model the 1984 Terminator. There's a lot of options here for an Arnold return to T6. The future is not set and it will really come down to the box office of Genisys. But from what we hear on early script reviews and inside sources from people on post production, we may be looking at a top notch Terminator film.
Following Arnold's T5 worldwide tour for premieres and press, he should be ready to jump right into The Legend of Conan this fall. I know, people can argue that Genisys is not T5 but rather a reboot (another T1), however, considering Genisys is sticking to the original plots and characters of the originals, many consider it T5 (as do we). Reboot or not, we say it's T5 so we're calling the future films T6 and T7 for now!
Arnold's future looks bright. His zombie film, MAGGIE, comes out in a few months followed by his return as the Terminator, then Conan and back to T6. Zombies, Terminators and bitter and brutal Barbarian kings, it doesn't get any better than this? Now if we can ever get him to do another Predator...
You read our Terminator 6 exclusive a few minutes ago, now read about the man who just met the Terminator. The ArnoldFan's own Adrian Pavel's best Eastern European Arnold friend, Didi, shares his adventure and photos with us all.
Didi: "My life's dream was to meet Arnold and to shake hands with him. Everything began when I was a little boy. When I was 1 year old I saw Conan the Destroyer, due to my parents being huge movie fans. My first word wasn't mom or dad; my first word was Arnold. After Conan was Terminator, Commando and so on. I started to collect his movies, posters, magazines and every thing that had an article about Arnold.
In the year 2000, I heard about a fan club in Bucharest, fan club founded by Adrian Pavel. He invited me to Bucharest, to join and to become a part of his fan club. I arrived in Bucharest with some posters with Arnold, professional posters from the cinema. He was very happy when we met and that was the start of a fantastic friendship.
As you last read, I fulfilled my dream on February 22nd, 2015 at the Siker-Nap Budapest event. The event purpose was to motivate the audience, especially the young generation. Positive ways of thinking and consciousness is an essential condition to achieve your goals. Bearing in mind these goals, several famous writers, businessmen and people were invited to give a presentation for the Hungarian audience at László Papp Budapest Sport Arena.
Because Arnold Schwarzenegger is a legend, he was invited to tell us his Rules to Success in life.
When I first heard about the event, I said to myself that this is my chance to meet Arnold at last. I wouldn't dare miss it! I did everything I could and I arrived at the event with my team, formed by Andra Tocaciu and Dorin Jacob.
Here, I finally met Arnold, shook hands, got he's signature, give him my business card and we even took some pictures while I asked him a question for TheArnoldFans.com! I fulfilled my dream and I considered myself the luckiest man on the planet!"

We just wrapped up another crazy exhausting weekend in Columbus at the Arnold Classic and Sports Festival, filled with great interviews and Arnold encounters galore! These will also be told, but first, the best news is we got to hear some new TERMINATOR GENISYS details and also talk with Arnold about MAGGIE and CONAN!
During the Arnold Sunday Showcase, not only did Arnold give some exclusive updates to TheArnoldFans about Maggie and Conan, we also learned additional details of the Terminator's fight scenes. At the Bodybuilding Finals last night, they screened the trailer (no, it wasn't a new trailer, but the crowd loved it).
Arnold: "I got myself in shape and felt great, the way I looked in the movie. I think it's going to be a great movie with great surprises, none of which you can see in the trailer, simply because of the visual FX... to recreate me from 1984, every single frame has to be recreated... and it's quite a long scene. The idea is in 1984 when you see me walking across naked to those punks and say "Give me your clothes,"... now the scene changes. As I (the young Arnold) say "Give me your clothes," suddenly you hear a voice behind me say "You won't need them." So the Terminator turns around to check out who is that, and all of a sudden he sees himself, which is me the way I look now, and I'm there with a shotgun, and I just blast away at him.
We'll be having some great surprises about who is the ultimate villain that I have to fight, how I was reprogramed, and the time travel. You can't travel through time when you have metal exposed, and my arm gets deteriorated... the flesh, because of some acid... so then my metal arm is exposed, therefore I cannot use the time machine."
He also mentioned the movie has unbelievable battle scenes and fight scenes, and it will be something that both Terminator fanatics and people who are seeing Terminator for the first time will love. He also thanked Jim Cameron for helping develop the idea over the past 2 years. So this was some cool new info, especially about the young/old Arnold fight scene.
TheArnoldFans: Did Arnold rough you up during fights? Any bruises?
Brett Azar: “NO, do you know what? There’s a moment when he’s on the ground during the fight choreography, and every time he went to the ground, he fell on the mat. After the shot, I’d offer to pick him up and he’d refuse every time. I mean, we did this so many takes and every time he’d get up on his own. He just kept going. And that’s Arnold.”
Then before he left for the next event, Arnold thanked TheArnoldFans for being there and briefly spoke with us about MAGGIE and CONAN.
Gillinator: Congratulations on MAGGIE (getting in Tribeca), we're very excited about that.
Arnold: Yes, thank you. It will be something very different in that it has a lot of drama in it, but it is something that turned out great and I really think that people will enjoy it.
Gillinator: That's great! And then CONAN hopefully next?
Arnold: Yeah.
While the zombie art film, MAGGIE, rises towards it's Tribeca Film Festival premiere next month (limited theatrical release in May), TheArnoldFans had the opportunity to unearth some great comments from the film's stars and other well-known actors from the zombie genre. First up, we'll give you the latest, direct from Schwarzenegger himself. Katherine Camenzuli, our Australian correspondent, spoke with Arnold during the last leg of Melbourne's annual Arnold Classic.
TheArnoldFans: You've terminated the Predator, robots and the Devil...so what's it like to face ZOMBIES in Maggie?
Schwarzenegger: "In Maggie, we have had tremendous obstacles from an acting point of view because when you deal with a disease, like the zombie virus or stuff like that, it doesn't really exist so you have to kind of imagine a lot of things; imagine the situation when I act with this girl, Abigail Breslin, who plays my daughter. She did a great job. It was similar like how when we did Predator, and I had to imagine the Predator up there in the trees that didn't really exist and you have to act always towards something that doesn't exist (no such thing as real zombies) that played later onto into the picture. So there were challenging things but that's all part of acting and the profession. Just like everything else, you have challenges and I liked working through it. I really enjoyed it."
It's nice to hear Arnold throw in a comparison to Predator. Let us hope with Arnold's new dramatic acting approach he gave towards Maggie that he will convince us we are looking at REAL zombies and a REAL threatening situation.
Last week, Arnold also told TheArnoldfans why movie-goers should appreciate the film.
Schwarzenegger: "It will be something very different in that it has a lot of drama in it, but it is something that turned out great and I really think that people will enjoy it."
Finally, TheArnoldFans spoke with some cast and crew members of The Walking Dead to see what they think about Arnold taking on the undead. Let's hear from Gale Anne Hurd (Terminator and Walking Dead producer), Chad Coleman (who also played a Terminator in The Sarah Connor Chronicles) and John Bernthal (Shane from Season 1 of TWD).
TheArnoldFans: Schwarzenegger is coming out with a zombie movie this year. How do you feel he'd do up against some walkers?
Chad Coleman: (Chuckles) I'm sure he's incredibly equipped to deal with Walkers.
TheArnoldFans: What do you do to stay in shape? Do you lift or pump iron? If you had to pick a fight, would you have better odds to win against 30 walkers or 1 Terminator?
Chad Coleman: I do. I do. I lift weights, and I usually go in and choose 1-2 body parts a day, and then make sure I get in my ab work, and I do anywhere from 20-40 minutes of cardio, and take one day off on Sundays. Hahaha - I just had a flashback of playing a Terminator on Sarah Connor Chronicles. Shoot, man! I'd take 'em both on! How about me versus Terminators AND Walkers? How 'bout that?!
TheArnoldFans caught up with Terminator producer, Gale Anne Hurd, while she was out promoting "The Walking Dead." The last time we spoke with Gale, she admitted to us that a Terminator would easily win in the fight against zombies, even though her zombies are powerful enough to be in the number one television series.
Finally, John Bernthal, Shane from The Walking Dead, talked to us from the red carpet of Arnold's last film.
TheArnoldFans: John, Arnold is in a new zombie film coming out soon.
Bernthal: "Is he?!"
TheArnoldFans: Yeah, Is there any advice you can give to Arnold to take on "walkers"?
Bernthal: (Laughs), Arnold doesn't need any advice from me, dude. Arnold's the strongest man on earth! He's fuckin' Commando, man! He doesn't need any advice from me; he'll be good!
He followed up by giving us his top three Arnold films.
Bernthal: "Total Recall. Ahh, it's hard man. It's embarrassing but I really dug Twins. Oh, and Running Man. Hmm, but then you gotta put Terminator in there. I don't know but those (fist) three are fuckin' dope!"
Maggie will first make its screen debut at the 14th Tribeca Film Festival. After the nine million dollar zombie art film gets its premiere within the dates of April 15th-26th, we can catch it in limited theatrical release on May 8th, distributed by Lionsgate's Roadside Attractions.
